Meet the Designer

Noel Cruz is the founder of Cornerstone Designs, LLC. He is a building designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) in San Luis Obispo and a strong background in residential and small commercial design. He combines creative design thinking with practical, buildable solutions that meet client goals, budgets, and local code requirements.

He works closely with his team of licensed engineers, specialized consultants, and reliable general contractors to ensure designs transition smoothly from concept to construction. Whether developing new buildings, additions, or remodels, his focus is on creating efficient, functional, and visually compelling spaces.
